On May 26, the 82,300 DWT bulk carrier"LOWLANDS SKY" (also known as "Loulan Sky" and registeredunder the Panama flag), built by YAMIC for a Japanese shipowner, wassuccessfully delivered and left the shipyard.
The vessel "LOWLANDS SKY" has been enteredNK Classification Society. It is the fifth ship delivered by YAMIC this yearand the 18th new generation 82,300 DWT bulk carrier built by YAMIC for thiscustomer. At 12 noon, the ship "LOWLANDS SKY" cast off and set sail.The shipowner's supervision team and shipyard representatives gathered at theYAMIC outfitting terminal to bid farewell on itsmaiden voyage.
